    What to Expect:

Our comprehensive sessions are designed to deepen your expertise and provide practical tools you can immediately apply in your practice:

    • Expert Tips for Mediating Complex Cases – Gain strategies for navigating challenging disputes with confidence and creativity.
    • Breaking Through Impasse: A Workshop – Discover proven techniques to help parties move forward when negotiations stall.
    • Implicit Bias in Mediation – Interactive workshop addressing ways to outsmart implicit bias that allows attendees to walk away with new techniques for their mediations.
    • Ethics Panel – Engage with experts as they address ethical challenges and best practices for mediators.
    • Interactive Panel Discussion on Lessons Learned from the Trenches – Our panelists will share some of their memorable mistakes -- so that you don’t have to make them -- as well as experiences when their “gut instincts” moved them to do just the right thing to move a dispute towards a successful resolution.

This is an in-person live CLE Seminar and many of the interactive sessions will not be recorded for post-event on-demand viewing.  Please plan to join us in-person to reconnect with colleagues and share together learning and networking.  The total live seminar will be submitted for MCLE application of up to 6.25 hours of CLE credit, including ethics/PR and bias credit in many states.

In early June 2025 we plan to offer a shortened version of this seminar as a recorded on-demand viewing option for CLE credit in some states.  Due to the interactive workshop structure of some of the sessions, not all will be recorded and offered on-demand.  Please make an effort to attend in-person for the best experience and connecting with colleagues.  Please note: watching the recordings may not result in CLE credit due to various states' guidelines on recorded viewing.  AAM will make application for accreditation in states where possible.

    MCLE Approval Status:

    Tennessee: Applied and pending

Texas: Approved for 6.25 hours, including 2.50 hours of ethics (Course ID 174270206)
