I recently became a Panel Mediator for the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

During my legal career, I litigated complex civil cases for seven years in New York and California federal and state courts as an associate with DavisPolk. After moving in-house with NBCUniversal in 2005, I litigated and managed outside counsel in complex civil cases for three years as a
VP, Litigation. Since 2008, I have worked m senior business and legal affairs roles at major motion pictures studios (first at NBCUniversal and since 2016, at Sony Pictures Entertainment) where I negotiate licensing and other deals on behalf of the studio. I also am a prolific presenter of continuing legal education programs where I specialize in negotiation strategy and ethics for lawyers, in addition to programs in legal ethics, civility and attorney wellness. In addition, I hold an M.B.A. from UCLA/Anderson School of Management.
