Mediation Trainings - Indicate the 40-Hr Basic Mediation Training Facility Attended, Date and Others
I took Mediation as a 3 hour class for one semester when I was in law school at Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law which was taught by Professor Randy Lowry, founding professor of Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine (sometime in 1987, 1988, or 1989.)

I attended hundreds of mediations as an attorney-advocate working in insurance defense from 1994 to the early 2000's.

I was associate judge of Tarrant County Probate Court No. 2 from 2017 - 2023 and heard contested matters on a daily basis for those six years.
