Additional Qualifications

Brad earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science in 1991 followed by his law degree in 1993, both from the University of Oklahoma. Just before his admission to the Oklahoma Bar Association in 1994, he began his career working for a major Oklahoma City construction firm, not as a lawyer, but as a project estimator and manager on a wide variety of commercial and industrial projects. Since beginning his own company in 2002, Brad works as an independent construction consultant, mostly for banks engaged in construction lending, and also as a construction attorney, mediator and arbitrator on a wide variety of construction related matters.
