Mr. Wagner is a Mediator and Attorney at Law practicing in the Houston-Galveston area. Attended The University of Texas at Austin (B.A. 1988) & South Texas College of Law (J.D., 1992). Licensed in Texas (1993), with a civil litigation practice which have included premises liability, products liability, transportation claims, bad faith claims, toxic torts, and general negligence involving personal injury and wrongful death. Currently a Credentialed Advanced Mediator with the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association and an AV-Preeminent Rating from the Martindale-Hubbell. Member: Texas Mediator Credentialing Association; Texas Association of Mediators; College of the State Bar of Texas; and, ADR and Litigation Sections (State Bar and Houston Bar Association). Past Secretary and current Member for the HBA ADR Section.
