Additional Qualifications

After obtaining his certification in 1992 by Dispute Resolution Services of Tarrant County, Mr. Hughes and his staff have worked to mediate/arbitrate more than 5000 diverse cases. The range of disputes mediated/arbitrated have included business, commercial, contracts, construction, oil & gas, real estate, bankruptcy, personal injury, product liability, sexual harassment, employment discrimination, medical and legal professional malpractice and complicated family law disputes. In addition, Mr. Hughes is certified in Family Law Mediation by the Dispute Resolution Services of Tarrant County. Having started and operated several companies in manufacturing, product development, and the marketing of industrial equipment and products, Mr. Hughes brings a unique perspective to the mediation/arbitration process. His experience outside of the court house allows him to deal effectively with business transactions, operations, and human resources conflicts from a legal and layman's point of view.
